TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general conditions of sale are intended to govern relations between:

-The company Jonglerie Diffusion S.A. Case postale 2 - CH 1232 Confignon / Genève, éditeur du site Jonglerie Diffusion SA. et

- l'internaute ou le client ayant accepté les conditions générales de Jonglerie Diffusion S.A

1.1 Les produits/services vendus sont décrits sur le site www.jonglerie.com et sur le catalogue Mister Babache.

2.0 Deliveries for private client in Switzerland

  • CHF 9,90 for a package up to 30 kg (expeted exceptional dimensions)

  • An offer will be made beyond 30 kg or an article with exceptional dimensions or beyond the size authorized by the carriers.

  • Free overt CHF 250.- ( for a package up to 30 kg).

2.1 Delivery in Switzerland for Privat Client 

  • CHF 14.- for a package up to  30 kg (expeted exceptional dimensions)

  • An offer will be made beyond 30 kg or an article with exceptional dimensions or beyond the size authorized by the carriers

  • Free over CHF 500.- (for a package up to 30 kg)

3.1 Paiement : The customer can choose between two type of payment: advanced payment via credit card, paypal or payment by invoice that he receve with the package

32 The settlement of the amount due must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt, beyond late fees CHF 7 will be charged for each  call, beyond 3 reminders we will send the case to a collection agency .

4.0 Delivery Abroad

4.1 Jonglerie Diffusion Jonglerie Diffusion makes a transport  in Economy or Priority. There is no inssurence

4.2 In case of emergency, the Express services with Fedex can be made ​​only on request and depending on the current rates of the carrier.

4.3 The price depends on the weight and size of the package. The total will be charged and must be paid before that Jonglerie Diffusion send the goods.

44 The shipping is made under the responsibility of the transporter (Swisspost, Fed Ex ect)  and the customer .

4.5 Les colis avec dimensions hors norme (ex : houla hoop) passent en catégorie « encombrant » et sont sujet à supplément indépendamment de leurs poids.

6.4 S.A. has the right to refuse, at its discretion and at any time, orders submitted to it. In such a case Jonglerie Diffusion SA has no obligation to give reasons.

7.1 The products are sent by the services of a carrier to the delivery address given by the customer during the ordering process..

7.2 Unless special conditions specified at the time of confirmation of the order, the delivery time as the case may vary from 2 to 21 business days. The estimated delivery time is always communicated  in the material  and / or in the order confirmation.

7.3 S.A. undertakes to inform the customer in case of any significant delay in delivery or unavailability of a product  S.A. cannot be held to any compensation under this head.

7.4 The amount of shipping is subject to the approval of the customer before confirming each order.

8.5 Packages delivered in Switzerland unless otherwise and for reasons of security are delivered against signature .

9.1 If the product should fail, it should be reported upon receipt of the goods by email wthine 5 days. The guarantee S.A. is limited to product return and refund the price, subject to compliance by the customer, conditions and deadlines indicated in the following paragraph.

9.2 Irrespective of the existence of a defect, the customer may at his own expense return his order within 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch (date of postmark). The product must be compulsorily returned in new condition, in its original packaging, placed in a protective cardboard. It is recommended to keep the tracking number  of the package returned for all purposes.

Il est recommandé de bien conserver le numéro d'envoi du colis retour à toutes fins utiles. 

9.3 En cas de retour conforme aux paragraphes 9.1 et 9.2 ci-dessus, le prix payé sera remboursé en remettant le montant débité au crédit de la carte ou compte postal du client.(les frais bancaires restent à charge du client) En cas de paiement sur facture, celle-ci sera annulée ou une note de crédit, correspondant au montant déjà payé, sera établie en faveur du client.
